How do I get help or support?

You can email us at support@gotenna.com. During most weekdays, we also try to be available over live chat, which you can find in the bottom right-hand corner of every page of our website. We offer support over email and chat roughly 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday except on major holidays.

The gotenna work by them selves, only about 1 mile, or less. There must be many other users of the gotenna for the network to work efficiently. I tested the gotenna, and was not exited about the lack of users, which inadvertently limits the range of the units.

The concept is good, and perhaps in an emergency, there might be many more users, which would then increase the range of the units. If I understand correctly, the gotenna acts both as a transmitter, receiver, and telemeter. In an emergency, the range could increase indefinitely, based on the location and number of other users.
